DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Admin and Property Staff to oversee essential day-to-day office functions and ensure smooth operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee and applicant reception, handling company deliveries, maintaining inventory, ensuring proper custody of company property, and upholding office cleanliness and order. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently.
- Employee Support: Assist employees with their needs and purposes at the office, ensuring proper coordination with relevant departments.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Handle onboarding and offboarding requirements, including issuing and receiving company laptops.
- Asset Management: Manage company assets by tracking inventory, ensuring proper documentation for loaned items, and inspecting returned items for condition and completeness.
- Deliveries Management: Receive and acknowledge deliveries, ship items via designated couriers, and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor and update inventory of office supplies, onboarding kits, and pantry items; request replenishments as needed.
- Applicant Reception: Welcome applicants and coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for handover.
- Office Cleanliness: Ensure the office is clean and organized, facilitate regular cleaning schedules, and coordinate with third-party cleaners as needed.
- Plant Care: Maintain office plants to enhance the workspace environment.
- Escalation Management: Escalate unresolved employee concerns, damaged assets, or out-of-scope issues to the supervisor.
- CLAYGO Advocacy: Promote and remind employees to follow "Clean As You Go" (CLAYGO) policies.
Requirements - At least a high school graduate; additional certifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years as an administrative staff with a proven track record of trustworthiness and reliability.
- Maintains an optimistic "glass half full" attitude and consistently goes above and beyond expectations.
- Open, honest, and thoughtful, ensuring issues are identified, raised, and effectively resolved.
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Values collaboration and fosters positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Amenable to working onsite, following a dayshift schedule
