• Prepare inventory of supplies for new site build out and projects; preparation of Purchase Order
• Request; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Monitor expenses and budget based on scheduled expenditures, cash flow and outlook; analyzing variances and timely reporting to his/her supervisor.
• Provides status of expenses by collecting data, interpreting and reporting summary of PO created, billing submitted and actual work completion provided.
• Preparation of data for payroll and timekeeping.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree of Business Administration or equivalent.
• Advance computer skills specially in MS Word and Excel
• Well versed in documentation
• Have good communication skills
• Must have the ability to keep confidential information
• Female
• At least 1 year of experience in the related field
• Not more than 35 years old
• Must be willing to be assigned in Rosario Cavite
