- Files and controls administrative documentation, both in hardcopy and electronically as appropriate.
- Prepares documents and correspondences related to administrative concerns of the project.
- Performs bookkeeping and/or purchasing functions for the project team.
- Maintains confidential files on proprietary documents and company policies for contracts and procurements.
- Processes, monitors, and maintains updated files of project team personnelβs attendance, leave records/credits, hazard claims, night compensation, personnel profile, and other HR related documents.
- Facilitates/processes, monitors and maintains updated files of travel document, reimbursement claims, liquidation of expenses and other Accounting related documentations of the Project team.
- Provides logistics support and coordination with transportation and travel arrangements.
- Provides coordination support for team meetings both internally and externally.
- Willing to be assigned in Tagum City, Davao del Norte
