JOB SUMMARY

In-charge of soliciting Advertising sales from potential advertisers. The Ad Sales Officer manages the client’s advertising requirements, and tasked to grow the account and offer all advertising sites. He/she must acquire, maintain, and grow our client-base. The candidate must be excellent in presenting the IT Digital products , as well as convincing them on the benefits.



Operational Functions

1. Consistent Tenant coverage. Monthly engagement.

2. Selling advertising products

3. Get new advertisers

4. Prepare weekly Activity report

5. Present products/services effectively

6. Prepare proposals and Ad packages – more consistent in order to generate sales

7. Certificate of Performance (COP) – submission to clients

8. Sales Leads (TIS, and updating of Client database)

9. Liaise with client for uploads/change of materials

10. Sales report

11. Sales Activity and liaison to TROs

12. Performance (usage) report to clients

1. Account Management

2. Sales and Negotiations

3. Correspondence - Proposals and Memos



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able and willing to travel around Metro Manila. In some cases, we do sales blitz in provinces. Inter-personal skills is very important

  • Graduate of related courses in Advertising, Management, Marketing, and Media.

  • Must have an understanding of software applications in order to properly explain the functions of the program. He/She should also understand Search Engine Optimization (SEO), based on the applications of these to our advertisers

  • Very personable and accommodating to client demands. Must know how to handle negotiations properly
