Unit Lead, Access Transport & Facilities Asset Management Office (ATFAMO)
1. Lead for Towerco Management
- Towerco Task Force Lead & submission of TF Weekly Accomplisment Report
- CAF Tracking & Approval
- Towerco Coloc Database Management & Monthly Dashboard
- Towerco Coloc Awarding Endorsement to SPP
- Towerco Insite Relocation Management
- Excess EPA Regrooming/Dismantling Management
2. Lead for Access Transport & Facilities Asset Management
- Manage and govern Access Transport and Facilities network assets
- Timely categorization and tracking of Access Transport and Facilities assets
- Develop procedures to guide the proper handling, usage and storage of Access Transport and Facilities network assets to minimize business or legal risks
- Manage the entire lifecycle of network assets, from acquisition to retirement. This includes tracking asset usage, and input for planning for timely upgrades (EUL/EOS) or replacements
- Ensure that network resources are aligned with the organization's business goals. Regularly assess the network infrastructure to identify areas where assets can be optimized or reallocated to better support business objectives
- Leverage asset management data to make informed decisions regarding procurement and infrastructure management
3. E2E Management of Site Relocation Works/Site Modification Works Projects
- Site Endorsement
- CAPEX Allocation
- MDB Creation
- PR/PO Issuance & Closeout
- Site Monitoring and Dismantling
