DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather and consolidate market data collected by the area controller from all 3S branches.
Regularly update and maintain an organized database of market information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Analyze market trends customer preferences and service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare reports summarizing findings and insights for management review.
Develop actionable recommendations and proposals to improve service operations based on data analysis and system
monitoring.
Follow company IMS policy Zero accident Company & personal time, 100% working & driving should comply to required
PPE, health, environment, HIRAC, Service Warranty Procedures & Guidelines.
Attend phone calls/inquiries specially customers & dealers concern.
Support to service such as:
o Attend phone calls/inquiries specially customers & dealers concern.
o Call Dealers regarding their market data and system status.
o Manpower monitoring.
To perform other task that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.
