Amazon Virtual Assistant - FREE TRAINING PROVIDED


We are looking for reliable Amazon Virtual Assistants who will undertake a broad set of administrative and clerical tasks, such as providing support to Amazon business owners, assisting with daily Amazon Seller needs, and managing the seller’s general administrative activities, particularly sourcing and scouting for products, managing Seller Central, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. You will have to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the client's Amazon business.


You should have advanced English oral and written communication skills and be able to organize work using tools, like Google Workspace, Office 365, and Amazon Seller advanced tools (not limited to Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, etc.).


The Amazon Virtual Assistant's responsibilities are:


  • Product sourcing and scouting.
  • Manage customer service (including responding to reviews and complaints, emails, and forms)
  • Attend meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Participate in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Organize contact lists and filing systems
  • Help clients with managing Seller Central (product listing, inventory adjustments, shipment reconciliations, pricing, etc,)
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors.

Amazon Virtual Assistant requirements are:


  • Experience is not required. Free training will be provided.
  • Working computer (preferably with a minimum of 8GB RAM, an i3 Intel Core-Processor, or its equivalent, a list of acceptable processors is in the application form) and access to a backup
  • Fast, stable, postpaid wired internet connection (at least 20mbps) and a backup internet
  • Advanced and outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, with close attention to detail
  • Internet/Web savvy
  • College graduate (preferred but not required)
  • Good practical experience with Google Workspace, Office 365
  • Experience in Amazon seller advanced tools is a plus but not required (not limited to Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, etc.).
  • Hard worker and detail-oriented
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Senior High School degree minimum requirement. A bachelor's degree is a bonus.
