Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle complex issues.
- Handle P1 outage tickets.
- Investigate application and server logs.
- Investigate database tables.
- Create knowledge documents and conduct knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate with other teams and vendors.
- Elevate the ticket to L3 which requires code analysis. Investigation document to be submitted for elevation process.
- Support setup and config changes for test activities.
- Monitor new tickets and acknowledge within SLA.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in Application Support.
- SQL Proficiency: Solid understanding of SQL for database query and management tasks.
- Linux Knowledge: Familiarity with Linux operating systems for application troubleshooting and support.
- Cloud Support: Experience supporting applications hosted in Azure environments.
- Windows Support: Experience supporting applications hosted on Windows servers.
- Ticketing Systems: Proficiency with ticketing tools such as FreshService or Salesforce for issue tracking and resolution.
- Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Datadog, or Elastic to ensure application performance and uptime.
- Professional Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and customer support.
