Validates, verifies,
and ensures effective implementation of Solaire Resort Northβs Integrated Food Safety System
in Food and Beverage, Culinary and other support divisions such as
(Engineering, Purchasing, Cost Control, Materials Management, Occupational
Health, Human Resources and Sales and Marketing)
Assists the Hygiene Manager in the over-all implementation of the Food Safety
System
Requirements
Must have at least 5 years in supervisory/managerial
position handling Food Safety or Quality Control in HACCP or ISO 22000
environment
Bachelorβs degree in Biology, Microbiology
or Food Technology
Experienced in handling
food safety documentation requirements
Experienced in handling
government and third party audits related to Food Safety
Experienced in handling
personnel and can coach and train if needed
With experience in making SOPs and procedures related to Food Safety
With yearly updated food safety training on the requirements of the Food Safety Act of 2013 under a recognized training institution by the Food and Drug Administration and Department of Health
Trained in GMP, GCP, GAP,
GOP,Β HACCP, and ISO 22000
Must have background and technical knowledge in Food Microbiology and Food Hygiene
Can conduct training and
has undergone a Training Certification program
Fit and able to perform
manual tasks
Can work well with tight deadlines
With experience and can
get along well with other nationalities or team members of different
backgrounds
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Flexible and can work on
shifting schedules depending on operational requirements
