Job Description

  • Participates in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with Key Accounts and DCs, in order to facilitate all promotional activities.
  • Owning responsibility for the execution, and performance of trade programs designed to minimize Bad Orders.
  • Responsible for monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiatives execution.
  • Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Merchandising Department.
  • Working closely with sales team to ensure Trade Marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Preparation of trade letters, branch allocation, price and pack changes.
  • Develop, evaluates and review implemented promotional activities for developing future plan.
  • Conducts store visits to check and monitor product promotional activities.
  • Recommend and develop local market promotion.
  • Work with brand marketing for accounts and for special projects.

Analytical skills. must collect and interpret complex data to target the most promising geographic areas and/or demographic groups, and determine the most effective sales strategies.

Communication skills. need to work with people in other departments and with customers, so they must be able to communicate clearly.

Customer-service skills. must listen and respond to the customer’s needs even after sale.

Leadership skills. must be able to evaluate how their sales staff performs and must develop strategies for meeting sales goals.
