KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ο»ΏConstantly trains, empowers and motivates Registration Team Leads/Unit Heads to take responsibility of their jobs and goals, nurture their skills, teaches basic management skills in leading their respective teams.
- Delegates responsibility to subordinates and expect accountability and regular accurate feedback from them.
- Ensures the operation of the department runs smoothly on a daily basis by constantly communicating with the team leads/unit heads to get their feedbacks/productivities, status of the target/KRA/tasks, processes/accounts issues and areas of improvement, people issue and systems enhancement, etc.
- Works with the data/report submitted by subordinates to make sound business decisions and necessary adjustments and actions to ensure the goals are met.
- Establishes a business process flow, setting departmental goals/targets/KRA for the department, capacity plans, and budgets.
- Conducts a monthly meeting with the team leads and unit heads to cascade the process, goals/targets, updates on the targets/goals, issues on accounts/people/system, etc.
- Manages and maintains relationship with government agencies such as Bureau of Internal Revenue, Register of Deeds, Assessors Office, Local Government Units and business partners/service providers. Constantly meet with them to main good relationship and secure regular updates.
- Constantly meets with Registration Unit Heads, fellow department heads regarding issues, policies and processes of his/her involving customer service and the operations in general. Makes good recommendations to help improve the business process of the department.
