ResponsibilitiesΒ
Essential Functions:
- To manage the various operational databases and exports on behalf of the operational area on a day-to-day basis.
- To be able to streamline the operational procedure
- To produce Management Information and reports, in a timely manner, based on the data extracts.
- Prepare Ad-hoc MI required by management
- Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor To help to identify inefficiencies to the process and assist to drive process improvements activities.
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
- Analyzing data and deriving meaningful results for the use of management in decision-making.
- Ability to work with cross-cultural staff
- Β Planning skills - ability to prioritize the task and deliver assigned task per define timelines
