- Graduate of any related degree
- Must have more than 7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience from any IT or BPO companies handling IT hiring (from simple to complex roles/niche profiles, to IT leadership roles, et al)
- Must have a total of 4 years leadership experience of which at least 2 years' experience as an Associate Manager or Sr Supervisor/Sr TL handling recruitment
- Must be willing to work onsite full time (Location: BGC, Taguig)
