Bartender/Bar Captain

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bartender at Amor Laut Resort, located in Batangas. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the restaurant team to ensure drinks are promptly served, maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and providing personalized guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and ensure their needs are met
• Proficiency in Bartending and creating a variety of beverages, with attention to detail and presentation
• Experience in Food & Beverage service to collaborate effectively with the restaurant and kitchen teams
• Strong Cash Handling skills to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices in hospitality
• Previous experience as a bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Mabini, Batangas (Free Accomodation)
