We are looking for a Bookkeeper to assist in managing day-to-day financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have a basic
understanding of accounting principles and a desire to learn and grow in the field of bookkeeping. It’s a great

Key Responsibilities:
● Record financial transactions, such as invoices, payments, and purchases
● Assist in maintaining the general ledger by entering daily transactions
● Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
● Help with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
● Prepare basic financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets
● Manage and organize receipts, invoices, and other financial documents
● Support month-end closing activities
● Assist with payroll and tax filings under supervision
● Maintain financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
● Degree in Accounting or Finance
● 1-2 years experience as a Bookkeeper
● Basic understanding of accounting principles
● Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus, but not required
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
● Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
● Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work as part of a team
Preferred:
● Some experience with bookkeeping or clerical accounting (internship, part-time work)
● Basic knowledge of payroll processing is a plus, but not required
● Enthusiasm to pursue a career in accounting or finance
