Responsibilities
This position is primarily responsible for:
Preparing accurate computation and ensures timely remittance of transfer-related taxes, fees and other registration expenses on ROPA and capital assets (if applicable)
Securing tax assessment (real property tax assessment, capital gains tax, creditable withholding tax, documentary stamp tax, transfer tax, registration fees and other expenses pertaining to registration of real estate properties) from various government agencies as basis for payment of taxes
Validating accuracy and completeness of tax assessment secured from government agencies and ensure timely remittance of taxes
Transferring titles, tax declaration, stock certificates of ROPA and bank-owned properties
Qualifications
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree, preferably Business Course graduates
Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision
Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player
Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Makati
Must be a Filipino citizen
