Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of BPO Experience, ideally on a Sales Account but upselling is acceptable
- Excellent Communication Skills (neutral accent)
- Must love doing sales calls
Job Functions:
- The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls and selling the full suite of Mobile Monitoring Unit Products to existing and potential customers.
- Answer inbound calls from existing and potential customers interested in Mobile Monitoring Unit Products.
- Can effectively market features or products to individuals aged 60 and above.
- Must be able to work with sales processing software and use it within Company guidelines.
- Must achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas set up by management.
Must have exceptional time management skills, as well as be able to work independently.
- Provide callers with a vast knowledge of information, regarding products, services, and prices.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player who is motivated to excel and lead.
- Must follow all guidelines set up by the company.
- Complete any special projects or tasks that are assigned by your manager.
- Must be able to follow company attendance policy.
- Actively participate in team meetings and activities.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends.
