Key Responsibilities:
This role will manage the onboarding team, accountable for reports and analytics, recruitment partners' contract renewals, risk and compliance management for pre-employment documents and pre-employment medical exams aligned to the company's standards, mandated by the government and client requirement and govern internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any related course
- With more than 10 years of end-to-end BPO recruitment experience
- Minimum of 4 years experience handling BPO recruitment on-boarding with more than 5 years leadership experience
- Proven background in recruitment analytics, reporting and risk and compliance management.
- Amenable to work onsite full-time in our BGC, Taguig office.
- Amendable to work on Graveyard Shift
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays when business demands.
