BPO Operations Manager for HR & Accounting Accounts (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and resolve bottlenecks.
• Oversee resource requirements including manpower, hardware, and software for business continuity.
• Analyze KPIs and manage SLAs to ensure top-tier service delivery to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and cross-functional departments.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.  
• Mandatory: 5 years of Service Delivery Management experience in a PEO setting.
• Proven history as an Operations Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong background in strategic planning and supporting company-wide initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of operations software and procurement platforms.
