Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for smooth client onboarding.
• Coordinate timelines and validate required documents for setup.
• Perform high-volume data entry and invoice processing.
• Manage telecom and utility inventories via phone and email.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence. 
• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, IT, or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle a "no-downtime" environment.
•  Proficiency in MS Excel and strong 10-key data entry skills.
• Comfortable with heavy phone communication (clients & vendors).
• Positive attitude and a drive for long-term career growth.
