Description

As Brand Assistant, you will be responsible in creating a one-page business review as input to decision-making and development of brand plan based on sound analysis of market trends, business performance, and marketing insights. You will also be providing assistance in the implementation of brand initiatives and activities.



Responsibilities

Brand Analysis

  • Gather sales and marketing data, identify key issues and opportunities for assigned brand/s, and recommend appropriate action plans.Β 
  • Conduct field work to gather information on market conditions, consumers, competitive activities, and program effectiveness.
  • Monitor performance and health of assigned brands based on set objectives.

Brand Execution

  • Assist the Brand Manager in the execution and monitoring of marketing programs.Β 
  • Responsible for the closure report to document learning and recommend future courses of actions (i.e. stop, execute with improvements, or continue program).
  • Coordinate with concerned teams (e.g., Creatives, Production, Sales, Trade Marketing, Promo & Merchandising) to meet objectives and timelines.Β 


Qualifications
  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any related course
  • Preferably with 1 year work experience in FMCG or related industry
  • Open to high potential fresh graduates with above average scholastic achievement. Preferably with leadership roles in extracurricular activities
  • Has completed Brand Management and Marketing Principles courses in college
  • Understanding of Brand Equity, Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning
  • Understanding of Consumer Insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience in project management
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
