Business Servicing
• Respond to enquiries and requests for action from Account Executives and Junior Brokers
• Processing of new business, renewals and policy maintenance to ensure provision of excellent service to clients and the highest quality input to insurers
• Providing and following up on quotations
• Converting quotes and processing new business
• Processing of endorsements/amendments
• Remarketing of renewals
• Debtor management
• Issuing policy documentation (certificates of currency)
• Preparing correspondence between clients and underwriters for approval by the Account Executive or Junior Broker
• Updating of Claims history reports
• Assisting other Brokers when required for general queries
Requirements
• At least 12 months experience in the Australian Insurance industry
• Invoicing and use of insurance platform procedures
• Literacy in technology and systems, in particular word processing and spreadsheet packages
• Preference for experience using WinBEAT, SCTP, Office Tech and insurer online quoting platforms
