Budget Management:
Lead the preparation of annual budgets for both CAPEX and OPEX, aligning with organizational goals and presenting financial plans to senior management.
Track and monitor budget utilization across multiple projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to stay within budget targets.
Provide regular financial reports, forecasting, and management insights
Oversees governance of procurement-related activities (e.g., Purchase Orders/Requests, MTS availments) while ensuring compliance with finance guidelines (e.g., LOA, timelines).
Procurement & Governance:
Lead procurement-related activities such as Purchase Orders/Requests (PO/PR) and Memo To Spend (MTS) availments, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines such as Letters of Authority (LOA) and timeline requirements.
Review cost allocations and ensure procurement practices meet budgetary constraints and governance standards.
Govern of service economics; design and implement bridging plans and interventions related to cost management.
Analyze, design, and implement cost transformation initiatives.
