We are seeking a qualified Business Development Associate to build new business relationships
by aligning patient recruitment solutions and services to potential client needs. The ideal
Business Development Associate has a strong understanding of an impactful sales process and
excels at researching leads, developing new relationships, and coordinating qualified meetings
for the broader sales team. The Business Development Associate should be a quick learner who
has strong communication skills and an ability to effectively articulate our value proposition and
commercial offerings.β

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Generating new leads and building relationships by nurturing potential clients until they
are ready to meet with the Sales Director.
- Identifying best practices for refining the companyβs lead-generation playbook.
- Representing products and services, using comprehensive knowledge
as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet client needs.
- Utilizing Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, email, and leading sales technology platforms to
generate new sales opportunities.
- Identifying the needs of prospects and positioning client's Patient Recruitment
solutions.
- Proactively seeking new relationship opportunities in the market
- Setting up meetings or calls between prospective clients and team members.
- Reporting to our VP of Marketing; working closely with our SVP of Sales and the SalesΒ Directors, providing custom reports as needed.
Required Skills:
- 1+ year of sales experience required. Relevant combination of education and experience
will be considered in lieu of sales experience.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing team on sales, prospecting, and
marketing campaign support efforts.
- Ability to learn and articulate client's Value Proposition, Results, and
Capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a metrics and results-
driven mindset
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate with sales directors and marketing team to ensure outreach
and lead generation efforts are aligned.
