Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and lead revenue targets.
  • Proactively generate new leads via cold outreach and strategic networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead nurturing to closing and after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate data and sales tracking within HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize marketing materials and competitive positioning.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Proficient in HubSpot and Google Sheets.
  • Skilled in both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
