TASQ Staffing Solutions urgently needs call center agents for its Iloilo site this December. What follows is an over-the-phone interview beginning on weekdays except for holidays. This is for a US Telco account.

ο»ΏQUALIFICATIONS:


Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Must be conversant in English


Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays


HS Graduate or SHS Graduate (at the very least) with or without BPO experience


Willing to work onsite in Mandurriao, Iloilo


The competitive salary and benefits packages will be discussed in detail by the client.


Signing bonuses can reach P35,000.


Responsibilities:


Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.


Provide accurate and relevant information to customers, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.


Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience, striving to resolve them effectively.


Utilize company systems and databases to document and update customer interactions and details.


Follow company guidelines and protocols for call handling, ensuring adherence to established procedures.


Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.


Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call quality, and customer satisfaction.


Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.


Participate in ongoing training sessions and coaching to enhance skills and performance.
