TASQ Staffing Solutions is in need of call center agents for its Shaw Boulevard site.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*6mos BPO experience Telco Upselling isΒ a plus
*At least HS Graduate
*Must be amenable to work in Ortigas or Shaw
*Must be flexible to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
*2 consecutive days off
*Must have good tenure/ commitment
*Must be willing to work onsite
Compensation:
Salary offer will be made by the client + 2,000 NTA Upon regularization
HMO + 2 dependents Day 1
Responsibilities:
*Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
*Provide accurate and relevant information to customers, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
*Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience, striving to resolve them effectively.
*Utilize company systems and databases to document and update customer interactions and details.
*Follow company guidelines and protocols for call handling, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
*Upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers, as appropriate.
*Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
*Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales quotas.
*Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
*Participate in ongoing training sessions and coaching to enhance skills and performance.
