Job Title: Customer Service Representative for a Financial Account
Location: Taguig
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to financial accounts, including account inquiries, transaction details, and account maintenance.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Account Management: Assist customers with account setup, modifications, and closures. Provide guidance on account features, services, and products.

Transaction Processing: Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.

Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy regulations and financial compliance standards, to ensure secure and accurate handling of customer information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Completed at least 2nd year in college

Experience: Preferably with 1 year or more of contact center center experience/financial account
- Skills: Excellent communication skills

Flexibility: Willing to work on shifting schedule and must be willing to work on-site (Taguig)
