Position Overview:
As a Call Center Agent for a medical account, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to medical services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Answer incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, addressing inquiries related to medical services, appointments, billing, and claims.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to enhance overall service quality and address any operational challenges.
Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of Any medical Courses ( Physical Therapy, Radiologic Technology, Nursing, Nutrition & Dietetics, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Biology, Psychology, etc )
- No Work and BPO Experience Required
- Able to understand medical terminologies / Assessment
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Demonstrate effective critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to function independently
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Amenable to report Onsite ( Iloilo City )
