TASQ Staffing Solutions is looking for customer service representatives in Taguig.

• Start date: weekly starting October 20​ until December 2023
• FTEs: 82 HC requirement​
  
• Educational attainment: HS Grad/College level are accepted, pref with 6 months or up cc exp​
• Work setup is on site​
• Work schedule: 24/7 support​
• Salary (basic + allowance): 20,550 to 21,550​
• Incentives Package: 5k-50k/month

  Customer Service Representatives assist customers with their concerns, understanding their problems, and providing solutions.
  
  *Responsible for servicing the needs and concerns of customers
  *Adhere to processes and policies implemented by the company and the client
  *Identify customers needs, clarify information, and provide the correct solutions
  *Build rapport and engage customers by going the extra mile
  *Ensure proper documentation and manage productivity
  *Understand set targets and take the necessary steps to ensure that they are met ​
