Job Description: BPO Trainer Senior Associate


TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a BPO Trainer Senior Associate in Alabang.

Key Requirements:


  • Completion of a 4-year course.
  • Experience in team management or individual contributions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years as a trainer in the BPO/shared services industry, specializing in training soft skills, effective communication, customer service, technical support, and culture.
  • Preferably with a background or knowledge in Tech Support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Alabang.

Job Responsibilities:


Training Needs Analysis:


  • Accurately identify training needs.
  • Provide ongoing support on the floor to sustain learning and improve performance.

Curriculum and Course Design:


  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of course design methodologies.

Content Development:


  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of content development and adhere to appropriate methodologies.

Course Delivery:


  • Possess effective training techniques and methods.

Research Methodology:


  • Basic knowledge of research methodology and principles for ethical and effective research.

Partnering:


  • Collaborate closely with various functions and stakeholders.
  • Work effectively with client teams, ensuring cross-cultural communication.

People Management:


  • Build and lead cross-cultural teams.
  • Manage conflicts effectively.

Planning, Organizing, and Administrative Skills:


  • Perform administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, agent evaluation, training feedback, and utilization reporting.
  • Coordinate scheduling, CS domain, reports, and TIG/Facilities interactions.
  • Optimize available resources when scheduling training.
  • Ensure timely execution of training plans and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies within processes and the team.
