DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contract Governance and Lifecycle Management: Develop, review, approve, and enforce policies for consistent and compliant contract management. Regularly review contracts for compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Identify and mitigate legal risks in contract terms.
Empowered Authority: Act on behalf of Globe Telecoms within the granted level of authority, including managing disputes with contracted partners and being a signatory on standard contracts.
Handle Paralegal Managed Services: Oversee and manage paralegal services to ensure they meet contracted targets and support effective contract governance and management advisory.
Meticulous Review of Contracts: Thoroughly review all contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and legal enforceability.
Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve contractual disputes and issues, working with all parties to reach satisfactory outcomes. Assist with litigation and arbitration by providing necessary documentation and legal analysis.
Regulatory and Industry Standards: Update contract policies and templates to comply with new legal requirements
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for paralegal contract management. Regularly report on contract management activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders and provide training and guidance on contract-related matters and compliance requirements.
