Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and administrators, to understand requirements, design robust architecture, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Translate business needs into technical designs that align with best practices and industry standards.
- System Integration: Develop strategies and solutions for integrating Salesforce with other business systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless flow of information. Coordinate with integration teams to design and implement effective integration solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Assist developers and administrators in resolving technical challenges, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and security guidelines.
- Architecture Development: Define and maintain the overall Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies, recommending and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Solution Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, process flows, and system configurations. Ensure that technical documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, clarify requirements, and manage expectations. Effectively communicate technical solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solution Testing and Deployment: Oversee the testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Develop and execute test plans, conduct system and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends. Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and automation to drive efficiency and optimize business processes.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, using technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
- Experience designing and implementing complex system integrations involving Salesforce, third-party applications, and data sources using tools like REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and recommend innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect are highly desired.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
