Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant with plumbing knowledge to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist with plumbing-related tasks remotely. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.




Responsibilities:



  1. Administrative Support:

    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for property managers.

    • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

    • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.



  2. Plumbing Coordination:

    • Coordinate plumbing repairs, maintenance, and inspections for rental properties.

    • Liaise with tenants and vendors to schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work.

    • Communicate with property managers to provide updates on plumbing issues and resolutions.



  3. Troubleshooting and Support:

    • Provide remote troubleshooting support to tenants and property managers for plumbing-related issues.

    • Assess plumbing problems reported by tenants and determine appropriate course of action.

    • Offer guidance and recommendations for temporary solutions until professional assistance can be arranged.



  4. Inventory Management:

    • Maintain inventory of plumbing supplies and equipment for rental properties.

    • Monitor stock levels, place orders for replenishment, and track deliveries.

    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and manage invoicing.



  5. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Prepare reports on plumbing maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.

    • Document details of plumbing incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions taken.

    • Assist with compiling data and generating insights to support decision-making related to property maintenance.






Requirements:



  • An Engineering background is a plus

  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in administrative support roles.

  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems and experience in the plumbing industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as email, chat, and video conferencing.

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with property management software and tools is a plus.




Location: This is a remote position, allowing the candidate to work from their own location with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment.
