Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant with plumbing knowledge to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist with plumbing-related tasks remotely. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for property managers.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

Plumbing Coordination:
- Coordinate plumbing repairs, maintenance, and inspections for rental properties.
- Liaise with tenants and vendors to schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work.
- Communicate with property managers to provide updates on plumbing issues and resolutions.

Troubleshooting and Support:
- Provide remote troubleshooting support to tenants and property managers for plumbing-related issues.
- Assess plumbing problems reported by tenants and determine appropriate course of action.
- Offer guidance and recommendations for temporary solutions until professional assistance can be arranged.

Inventory Management:
- Maintain inventory of plumbing supplies and equipment for rental properties.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for replenishment, and track deliveries.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and manage invoicing.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare reports on plumbing maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Document details of plumbing incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions taken.
- Assist with compiling data and generating insights to support decision-making related to property maintenance.
Requirements:
- An Engineering background is a plus
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in administrative support roles.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and experience in the plumbing industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as email, chat, and video conferencing.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools is a plus.
