Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including order processing, inventory management, and data entry.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure customer communication and promotions alignment.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and service metrics to identify trends and improve processes.
Requirements - Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles, preferably in the eCommerce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management systems.
