Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Working Hours: US Hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including order processing, inventory management, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure customer communication and promotions alignment.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
  • Generate reports on customer feedback and service metrics to identify trends and improve processes.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles, preferably in the eCommerce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management systems.
