Professional Background and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success or account management roles, preferably within the data center or technology industry.
Professional Qualifications & Training
- Certifications in Customer Success Management: Such as Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) or similar, to enhance skills in customer engagement and relationship management.
