GlowTouch is growing and is looking for experienced Customer Support Agent to join our motivated and ambitious team.
 
What Will You Do?
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for answering all inbound customer support inquiries. The overall goal of each experience is to effectively diagnose customer needs to ensure all are addressed.
 
Ideal candidates for this position will be outgoing, intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company. We are seeking individuals who have outstanding customer service skills and are eager to put a smile into every interaction.
 
In this position, you will:  
  • Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction
  • Manage your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue
  • Accurately document information exchanged during each call
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Maintain records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Other duties as assigned
Who You Are:  
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:  
  • Proven working experience in a customer service environment, preferably Technical Support
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Available to work Monday-Friday
  • Proficient in communications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

Location: This role will be located in our Quezon City Call Center 
 
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Hours: Must be able to work flexible schedule if business requires –  typical hours will be Mon-Fri regular US business hours.
