Job Description

The Digital and Social Communities Manager will be tasked with leading Globe’s digital community strategy under Group Sustainability and Corporate Communications. This role is responsible for building and managing Globe’s digital communities, ensuring they align with our vision and mission while finding innovative ways to effectively deliver corporate messages. The successful candidate will drive engagement by crafting impactful digital content and leveraging top-tier influencer marketing, collaborating closely with content creators to implement seamless campaigns. Additionally, this role will work with various business units, support groups, and portfolio companies to execute campaigns that resonate across digital platforms. Proactively monitoring and addressing online sentiments, the Digital and Social Communities Manager maintains Globe’s reputation while enforcing social media policies. This role also involves collaborating with the analytics team to measure and optimize community performance, overseeing the design and maintenance of key sections of Globe's website, including the sustainability, newsroom, and corporate pages.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead the formation and handle day-to-day management of GSCC’s digital communities and tap existing communities relevant to Globe’s vision and mission. Find better ways to effectively deliver Globe’s corporate messages within communities.

2. Create digital executions and leverage on best in class influencer marketing across online communities to drive engagement. Maintain relationship with content creators covering day-to-day servicing as needed and implement collaborative digital campaigns together.

3. Collaborate with Globe’s business units, support groups, and portfolio companies to ensure seamless campaign execution across digital communities.

4. Proactively monitor negative sentiments online and refer to the appropriate team for resolution. Implement social media policy across social communities.

5. Partner with analytics team in harnessing and maximizing the performance of social communities. Collaborate in measuring performance against set goals (KPIs).

6. Ensure accurate and timely release of public service announcements that promote and protect Globe's reputation across digital communities within Globe Group.

7. Lead in designing, updating, and maintaining of Sustainability, Newsroom, Network expansion, and Corporate pages on Globe website
