As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing our digital marketing strategies. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of digital marketing, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, website maintenance, social media, and HubSpot campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
· PPC Advertising:
o Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
o Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
o Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
· Website Maintenance:
o Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and SEO-optimised.
o Manage content updates, including blog posts, landing pages, and product listings.
o Perform regular website audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Social Media Management:
o Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
o Schedule/publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
o Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
· HubSpot Integration:
o Use HubSpot to automate marketing processes, including lead nurturing and email marketing.
o Manage and segment contact lists for targeted marketing campaigns.
o Monitor and report on the performance of HubSpot campaigns, adjusting as needed.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, SEO, website maintenance, and social media for a minimum of 3 years.
· Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, HubSpot, WordPress and social media management tools (namely LinkedIn).
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
· Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
· Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
