Job Description

Supporting the delivery of engagement initiatives as part of the engagement strategy as well as providing technical knowledge and advice with respect to engagement surveys. Build relationships and rapport with employees that deliver what they need to achieve sustained improvements in their results. Providing new ideas and insight to the engagement strategy. Identification of new opportunities for continuous improvement based on engagement trends and stakeholder feedback. Being the key contact for engagement champions; developing their understanding of reports and action planning

Work Experience

• 3-5 years work experience preferably in project, change, events hosting & management

Level of Knowledge

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Public Relations, Advertising/Media, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• Very proficient and experienced in graphic designing, web designing, video editing, and other computer software;

• Must have knowledge in the following software/platforms: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Macromedia Flash, Final Cut Pro, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, MS Office, Canva, Google Suite

• Event and project management skills; Effective planning & organizing skills

• Effective file management skills

• Systematic and can work independently

• Layout skills, creative services, customer focus, creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, team player, can work under time pressure

• Ability to adapt in a challenging environment.

• Able to work effectively at relevant levels in an organization.

• Strong proactive problem solving skills, decision-making, and analytical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication skills with all levels of management and staff.
