- Supervises and ensures completion of the following programs / activities in accordance to Integrated Management System (i. e. Quality, OHSAS, EMS):
- Preventive Maintenance (PM)
- Corrective Maintenance (CM)
- Predictive Maintenance (PdM) (to be turned-over to TSD group)
- Job Orders (JO)
- Collaborates with other functional groups, contractors and other external parties to ensure safe and efficient implementation of preventive / corrective maintenance work orders, job orders, semi-annual / annual preventive maintenance activities, and minor / major overhauling works.
- Provides input on the improvement of the IMS (i.e. new system design, work instructions)
- Validates equipment abnormalities report, recommends and initiates appropriate actions.
- Prepares test, commissioning and weekly accomplishment reports of all maintenance activities.
- Provides input on root cause and failure analysis and investigation of plant-related incidents.
- Provides input in the preparation of section budget.
- Provides maintenance support during plant emergencies beyond work hours.
- Enforces implementation of the Companyβs Quality, Environment, Safety and Health programs.
- Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification Requirements:
- Registered Electrical or Electronics Engineer or a graduate of instrumentation and control engineering
- With at least three yearsβ experience in power plant or industrial plant maintenance
- Working knowledge in automated control, communication, SCADA and PLC controller
- Must be able to read and interpret P&IDs, plans and drawings
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
