About the role


The Enrollment Advisor at EDU ensures a seamless enrollment process from initial enrollment to graduation, working closely with key teams to manage enrollments according to policies and regulations.


Based in Manila, this full-time role reports to the Enrollment Coordinator and collaborates with Sales, Admissions, Academic, Marketing, People and Culture, Finance, Customer Experience, and Timetabling teams.

About you


As a prospective candidate, you bring a wealth of experience and passion for student services and enrollment processes. With a strong background in managing enrollments and student information systems, you thrive on collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver exceptional administrative support.


You have commendable communication and interpersonal skills and are comfortable working in a team as well as autonomously. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities



  • Enrol students into subjects/units and classes in advance of each term/trimester.

  • Process class change requests and amend enrolments according to students' study plans.

  • Update students' course progression plans.

  • Handle CoE extensions, cancellations, and variations in PRISMS.

  • Maintain student details in Student Information Systems (SIS) and PRISMS.

  • Withdraw/cancel student enrollments in SIS.



    Education, Experience, and Skills



    • Bachelors Degree (preferred)

    • At least one year of experience in a similar role within an education provider.

    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

    • Experience or willingness to learn student services for international students under educational standards.

    • Proficient in using and maintaining databases (e.g., CRMs, SIS, PRISMS).

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

    • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
