PURPOSE
The Enterprise Applications Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, customizing, and configuring all applications used to support our organization's business processes. Your role will involve partnering with the Business Applications Group and Corporate Information and Technology (CIT) Group to ensure the successful development and utilization of enterprise applications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Application Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a strategic vision for the enterprise applications landscape, aligning it with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Application Implementation: Lead the planning, implementation, customization, and configuration of enterprise applications, ensuring their successful integration into existing systems and processes.
- Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze existing processes, and recommend application solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Engage with vendors to evaluate, select, and manage the implementation and customization of third-party applications, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and requirements.
- Application Support and Maintenance: Oversee the support and maintenance of enterprise applications, coordinating with the technical team to troubleshoot issues, apply updates and patches, and ensure system availability and reliability.
- User Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on the features and functionalities of enterprise applications, driving their effective adoption across the organization.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that enterprise applications adhere to security protocols, data privacy regulations, and industry standards, implementing appropriate measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, system enhancements, and automation within the enterprise applications environment, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in managing enterprise applications, including planning, implementation, customization, and configuration.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements across various functional areas.
- Experience in vendor management and third-party application integration.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful enterprise application implementations.
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with enterprise application platforms and tools.
