ESL Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Full-Time ESL Teacher to deliver high-quality English language instruction to non-native speakers. The ESL Teacher will implement engaging lessons that develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills while supporting their academic, professional, and social language needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ESL lessons aligned with curriculum standards and student proficiency levels
• Teach English language skills including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking
• Adapt instructional methods and materials to meet diverse learning styles and language abilities
• Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Participate in professional development, meetings, and training sessions
• Follow institutional policies, procedures, and code of conduct

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field or any course in college (preferred)
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent ESL certification (preferred)
• Previous experience teaching ESL/EFL learners (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ESL teaching methodologies and second-language acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage classroom behavior and engage students effectively
• Proficiency with instructional technology and online learning platforms (preferred)
