· Senior High School graduate with or without call center experience
· Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects) with at least 6 months of call center experience
· College graduate with or without call center experience
· With good to excellent English communication skills
· Willing to start ASAP and work onsite

Currently, we are hiring for Customer Service Representatives to be part of their fast-growing accounts in Cebu. This job would entail assisting customers, understanding their concerns and solving problems through calls, chats and/or emails.

The job will be for CSR position wherein you'll be working onsite in Cebu City, taking on international customers within different schedules.
