In this role, you'll be the backbone of our organization, providing exceptional customer support, handling billing inquiries, chats, and emails with ease. Your calendar management skills will keep our schedules running like a well-oiled machine, and your expertise in data and digital file management will ensure everything is organized and accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support, including handling billing inquiries, chats, and emails
- Manage calendars and email inboxes for maximum efficiency
- Organize and maintain digital files and spreadsheet projects
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Mandatory Customer Service experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Sheets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
