Position: Executive Assistant         

Reporting to: Associate Operations Director

Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Onsite)

Working Hours: Night Shift (North America Market)

Job Description
 

  • As point of contact among executive/s, employees, and other external partners.
  • Manage schedules and maintain updates on the executive’s calendar.
  • Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly.
  • Preparation of reports, presentation for meetings and other information requests.
  • Take meeting minutes as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Manage and complete assigned ad-hoc project/task by immediate leader
     

The Successful Applicant
 

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • Strong background working for an offshore company as an executive assistant is preferred
  • Strong attention to details and adaptable to fast-paced industry
  • Ability to multitask and organize daily workload by priorities
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Note, Outlook, etc.)
  • Self-started and can work independently with minimum supervision
