We are looking for an Executive Assistant (Business Support) who can efficiently support the Business Development Manager and the CEO to support the day-to-day operations of the client's organisation. 


Requirements


  • 4-5 years of work experience as a Business Development Support, Executive Assistant, or similar role (preferably with an AUS Client)
  • Any relevant bachelor’s degree 
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, executive assistance, or similar roles
  • Can write and edit documents professionally and use Microsoft products proficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and Canva/Adobe is highly preferred

Responsibilities


Business Development Support


  • Setting up appointments with prospective clients and current clients
  • Approving client invoices on behalf of the Manager
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and proposals for the Manager to review 
  • Compiling information for tenders
  • Creating reports
  • Updating databases
  • Editing documents 
  • Researching tenders and competitors
  • Managing BD Manager’s LinkedIn profile
  • Other tasks as requested


Executive Assistance


  • Managing and co-ordinating projects
  • Conducting research
  • Organising meetings
  • Following up with team members and reminders
  • Other tasks as requested

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
