Executive Assistant (for Media)




Job Description:



  • Provide support in creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or encourage the audience to respond positively to the campaign

  • Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for posting. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects

  • Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence. 

  • Draft and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.

  • Manage and organize documents, files, and records. 

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, etc.

  • Assist with various projects, including research, data analysis, reports, and coordination of deliverables.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.




Qualifications:



  • Graphic Design skills: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, and other essential design tools

  • Video Editing skills: Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, etc.

  • Knowledge of the following:


            - layout, design, and typography


            - digital and print requirements for formatting



  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills for building positive relationships, working collaboratively with diverse individuals, and maintaining a professional demeanor even in high-pressure situations

  • High level of integrity; can deal with sensitive and confidential information

  • Attention to detail and ability to convey information clearly and professionally

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation abilities

  • Effectively work under pressure

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances

  • Handles suggestions, corrections, and rejections positively

  • Advanced computer skills

  • Proficient in using: Google Workspace, MS Office, and other relevant software systems






Equipment Requirements:



  • Desktop/Laptop (at least i3/i5 processor or any equivalent AMD processor with 8 GB RAM)

  • Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature

  • HD Webcam

  • Internet: wired connection; minimum of 10 Mbps

  • Software:

    • Microsoft Office, PDF reader, Anydesk, GDrive, Skype, Zoom

    • Graphic design applications: Adobe Photoshop, Canva

    • Video editing applications: Adobe Premiere Pro/Filmora/Capcut, etc.
