Executive Assistant Manager, Business and Leisure Hotel, Central Luzon, Philippines
We are looking for an Executive Assistant Manager for a business and leisure hotel in Central Luzon. The successful candidate will be responsible in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external guests, highlighting short, medium, and long term issues to the General Manager, and to help formulate solutions. Likewise, have an excellent level of commercial awareness in hotel operations, food and beverage operations, profit & loss, facilities management, and occupational health and safety management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or any business related course
Ten (10) years of progressive working experience in the hospitality industry and has took on a similar position or role
Rooms Division management experience
Strong revenue management skills with experience in budgeting, P&L, and forecasting
Knowledgeable in MS Office, Property Management Systems, Revenue Management Systems
Excellent management and leadership skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Willingness to be based in Central Luzon
